Groups of 6 leaders
2-hour sessions, typically run monthly or bi-monthly
6-session program recommended – with flexibility for more or fewer sessions, or ongoing participation
Up to 3 groups can be run in a day
Facilitated by Matt Lock – ensuring every session is focused, practical, and impactful
Includes the Coaching Compass – a simple tool to help members focus on what to bring to each session
Access to a library of leadership tools and resources to deepen learning and support practical action
It’s a little-and-often approach—ongoing support with big returns.

Members can rotate between groups if needed
