How it works

A focused, high-impact program designed for leaders who want to coach and be coached.

  • Cohort size: 6-12 leaders

  • Duration: 4 x half-day sessions (online or in-room)

  • Format: Practical, interactive, and directly applied to real leadership challenges

  • Facilitation: For every 6 delegates, a coach expert supports the group to ensure rich feedback and skill development

Sessions are best run weekly - monthly to maintain momentum and deepen learning.
