The Framing Conversation is about making sure what you want to happen, actually happens. It’s making sure what you are saying is the same as what they are hearing.

It’s about recognising how much can get missed, and misinterpreted in the act of transmitting and receiving… and armed with this knowledge, what you need to do to allow for that, and manage it.
